Very poor service... I guess it was my last order.. NO MORE!
I must say Buffalo hasn't disappointed me. They have always delivered on time and quite often way before the due date. My last order with Shein was done on Apr 26. And I received my package today May 09. The est delivery date on the Shein app was 18 to 20 May. I regular check the updates on the Buffalo site. I am quite shocked with all the negative feedback regarding Buffalo.
Am l the only one who is struggling to get hold of the Buffalo customer service?the number on their website is unreachable and I hv been waiting fr my things since January

All we need now is to expose this Buffalo on National television.enough is enough. I hv spend allmost R300 buying Airtime to call them. But still i hvnt recieve mi parcel
Poor service shame
This company is actually very good with shein and they have an original website where you must get the tracking number they give shein and from there it will show another tracking number once you searched it is where you can use on this website. They have been very good and reliable with me and every time brought the parcels before the predicted date given to me.
