  Worst company EVER! they are slow and do not keep their promises at all... I called hundreds of times and was promised that my parcel will be delivered by the end of the week... Where is it? And now they have excuses I've been waiting for over a month...no communication whatsoever. Honestly I hate this company

  I will never use them again. Not going to buy from Shein again because of them. They claiming that i am unreachable and they cannot find my premises. This is ridiculous. The service is terrible
