      I made my on th 27th of March till today haven't received my parcel

      My parcel has been on dispatch and latest delivery is tomorrow yet there is no message of saying I’ll receive it then. Called them since the 4th of may all they tell me is they’re waiting for fastway to come and collect within 24 hours but it’s been more than 70 hours now. I guess they never deliver on time

      I payed mi Custom fee in march.thy never communicated with me. I send them a proof of payment still i hv to keep on calling them. And which is very expensive to u hv to hold longer in order to speak to the Angent or whoever idiot tht is in charge.

      Buffalo logistic i rubbish they need to close their stupid company.bcz they failing to deliver to their clients. If Shein continues with Buffalo its goinn to lose clients and a lot of them.

      I’m shocked by the lack of communication and professionalism of this stupid company, no customer service nothing whatsoever all the want is for us to pay after that no communication I paid 3 days ago but cause it’s nonsense I’m getting no communication from them

      My parcel has been on dispatch for 3 days now and the delivery estimate date has already passed what’s happening? Must I always come here and complain first in order to get my paid packages ? This is nonsense

      I paid the duties on Monday already yet my status has not updated yet. I have logged numerous tickets to follow up and received no response

      I don't know if any of the reviews tickle any nerve or you guys just don't care but your service is upsetting. Do better! Open communication, update tracking and deliver on time. Please!
