    I paid customs on the 26.04 .22 but i haven't it even now when i'm tracking it its was dispatched on 30.04.22 out fir deliveries but even now i did't get any update . Where is my parcel?

    I've contacted shein they wouldn't even contact buffalo to find out what's happening, I've tried contacting them myself but the agents are hanging up the calls. If they couldn't manage the work flow, they could have asked another company to help out. Bad service shein, bad service buffalo.

    Why isn't there any communication at all from your side? You're extremely unprofessional. I was supposed to have received my parcel by now estimated time was the 1st of April , I even paid for customs but still nothing from u guys. This is boring, bhooooodddd ke sana.
