Must have been a lucky day for me , My shipment had delays but after I asked that it gets prioritized as I needed it before the weekend . After several emails someone somewhere assisted me .It can be so stressful the customer care agents don't sound bothered at all . This should be looked into .

I have never been this annoyed, the service is disgusting, the agents hang up on calls and there is on assistance from their WhatsApp number. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a month now. Shein really needs to reconsider their delivery company.

I have called over 10 times. My order has not been sent since MARCH!!!! They said it would be delivered this week finally and did NOT deliver. They keep messing up. It is almost May now. Frustrated. Terrible company, terrible service!

When I call, the agents hang up my calls, I called 6 times and I'm always caller 40 something. My package is 9days late. It's unfortunate my online store which I buy from 3 times a month are using you. Bad service
