      WORST SERVICE EVER. THE WORST COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE, I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANY OF MY PERSONAL STUFF AND TO TOP IT THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE AS RUDE AS EVER!!!!

      I haven't received my parcel which was supposed to be delivered by now. Seems like they only took my money which was for the tax and didn't give me my parcel. When I track it on the Buffalo website it doesn't show, and I paid my duty 1 week ago.

      I have been calling you for 4times now, the problem has not been fixed its been 3 months now still waiting for you to deliver my parcel. No SMS no Email from you. I really don't how you guys work...POOR SERVICE EVER...
