      I paid my costums fee on the 28 February 2022 but i did not receive my parcel, and I took my time to call you last week, you said you gonna fix the problem but am not even receiving email or SMS regards my parcel. your service to too poor shem.       Paid for 2 customs on the 23rd of March have proof of payment but Buffalo is denying my payment, your service is bad and stinks, this puts my business in a bad reputation
