    Ordered on the 26th of March and recieved my order today(5 April). Wasn't even expecting it. Great Service from Buffalo. That was quick.

    Service is bad and very unprofessional, the people at Buffalo call centre, don't pick up their phones for 10 minutes, they lied to me that, my parcel was delivered at Pep home. The PRP home didn't received the parcel since 31st of March. It's been a mi month waiting for my parcel. Buffalo is the worse courier company, first and last.

    My SHEIN parcel has been in transit since the 30th , as it says on the Shein app . On Buffalo , it says CN Outbound

    My order has been stuck on intl shipping since 31 March yooh,and I have a problem with my tracking number sometimes it works sometimes it says wrong tracking number...

    I paid my tax on the 23 March, till today I haven't received any payment confirmation on my email. I tried to call them several times but the answer is bull* shit of excuses every time you call. Even worse that is number not working, it's always busy. Buffalo logistic pissed me off
