    Fastway claims that their driver was hijacked this morning and they don't know if my order was stolen or not, they only notified me coz I sent them a msg on whatsapp coz I couldn't get through to their phone.

    If I could give a 0 I would this is the worst courier company, my order was supposed to be delivered on the 24th but still nothing.

    My tracking status has been stuck on cleared since the 29th of March. Buffalo is the worst courier company ever!!

    No feedback - this is the 2nd order now that is late and after I paid for delivery to my door - I now have to go and pick up. Going forward I will make sure of which courier the companies use before purchasing from them.

    Thanks to Buffalo I got my parcel before time... I still have 20 days to get it... But I got within 10 days

    Has to be the worst delivery service.They once charged me twice for customs and refused to refund me.They said they couldn't find my address in irder to deliver my parcel and my goods were rdepoted.

    It says client received but i haven't got any package. It arrived in SA long ago but they are jusy struggling to courier it from JHB to DBN

    I’m surprised to see a lot of people complaining about buffalo couriers yet I have received an amazing service and received my parcel in less than two weeks , and I could track my parcel throughout the process , I can’t say the same about aramex
