      Awesome automated service. The business model works really well. Tracking is good, payment is easy. Only room for improvement is last mile in SA where they use local couriers, but new waited more than 3 days after clearance.

      They now deliver parcels to Pep Stores, ignoring the address given. I am horrified, as it is inconvenient for me as my parcels are delivered to an office then driven to Ulundi. I will no longer buy from Stores using this courier.
