      If you ordered on Shein. Prepare to either pay your customs twice or your order getting lost from Buffalo. These people had the audacity to tell me that they lost my parcel. On top of that I had to pay for customs twice cause they said they didn't receive the first payment. Fortunately I was able to ask for a refund from SheIn. F**k this company

      Bad service!!! I wish we had an option to choose our courier company when we order on Shein. I wish you could close down for good

      Every time I order from Shein I ensure I have over 35 items in my cart now so my order gets sent with Aramex instead of Buffalo. I placed 3 orders on shein in the last two months. Order 1 (6th Feb) BUFFALO - not delivered, still waiting Order 2 (9th Feb) BUFFALO - not delivered, still waiting Order 3 (7th Mar) ARAMEX - delivered after 11 days Can buffalo explain this to me??

      Extremely bad service! I was sent two messages that my parcel will be delivered and it wasn’t. My parcel has been in SA for a week and a half but hasn’t been delivered. Absolutely nonsense!

      I am way beyond pissed, I paid my customs on the 22nd of March,but still they have been calling to tell me I have to pay,i emailed,sent WhatsApp,no reply no assistance at all,called them today they said I should send proof of payment via email and since I did it online I couldn’t get it from my capitec acc, I had to download my statement and screenshot event the sms of payment but still nothing, I ended up paying for the 2nd time, I am so pissed the y should just use another courier company coz buffalo is rubbish
