      I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks now.I received message stating that I should pay customs and I payed.They called me again today saying I should pay customs..I am so lost right now because I have already paid the customs.

      I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks now. I've paid the delivery fee but I don't get what's the delay for. The service is poor and there is no communication whatsoever. I've been trying to track my order but there's no luck... Bring my stuff!!!

      Your service is horrendous! Don’t play in a big scale when you know you don’t have capabilities of servicing your clients well. Now I have to cancel my plans because of your incompetence!!

      Why you run this courier company like a chisa nyama? The incompetent jenino may was supposed to deliver my parcel today, he returned with it....no call, sms, email he doesn't even knock. This is annoying
