    I've been Waiting for 57 days for my package and I haven't gotten any updates, I want my order or a refund immediately!

    Bad service i have been waiting for my order since the 14 March till today still waiting. I did made some calls to the warehouse i was told that the driver was hijacked and my parcel is no where to be found.

    I dont know how long I've been trying to track my packages and nothing. Not to mention how horrendous the updates are .bad service

    received an SMS saying ill get my parcel on the 18th, I waited the whole day with no delivery. later on the status said parcel returned no one to collect from the counter. on the 22nd I waited again and no delivery came through, status said address invalid, on the 24th still i waited again and he said tel not answered hence I didn't receive any call nor text about the delivery. the delivery guy was Tshediso PTA. he might as well get fired because he is useless at his work.
