Ur service is poor ,I place my order on De 1st of March still my parcel is saying int'' shipping..
Because of some folks unable or not willing to buy quality clothing at say a wide variety of sa shops edgars foschini jet etc.flooding the system with these orders for clothes i mean seriously clothing it delays the delivery time on our packages items thats only available in china.

My package was returned back without being delivered to me. When calling some agents rude to the point of dropping your call. Buffalo int is not taking responsibility of their drivers mistakes. I ordered on the 2nd March. Received msg on 14th saying package will be delivered on the day but nothing came. So sad
I am probably one of the lucky ones, I ordered from Shein on the 3rd of March and received my order on the 17th of March and expected delivery was only on the 24th of March. I am so impressed with buffalo logistics.
Ordered on the 26 February paid the customs on the 3 march but I didn’t receive any updates since I don’t really know what’s happening with buffalo logistics
Most horrible service ever. They don't even deserve a 1 star. This is the 2nd time with this courier company and they always disappoint. SHEIN should really stop using them!
Maybe Iam of the lucky once. Ordered goods with shein on the 3rd of much n they were delivered safely on the 15th March.Buffalo logistics was communicating with me via Email,sms and Whatsapp. I can't complain and this was my 2nd order.
Sinethemba just like you I placed my order on 28th of Feb but it still say international shipping wherelse the order I placed after it was delivered to yesterday...I don't know how possible is for that i placed the second time has arrived yet the first one is not even in SA ..this is bullshit
