Buffalo has thee most horrible service!!! They take forever to deliver yet their custom tax is insanely expensive.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my shein orders and no update from Buffalo. I phoned Buffalo three weeks ago about my items being stuck at customs, they told me “the items are being released tomorrow so your parcels will be delivered in two days” yet here we are with no update and no delivery. Shein needs to make use of a different courier company in addition to Aramex. So disappointed about my stuff taking forever to arrive and it’s actually not cheap once you account for the customs payment as well.
The courier company is very bad it take a decade to deliver. shien must find a better delivery company for now I'm enough with it.

I’m giving one star because I have to give a star everytime my things has to delivered their updates always says returned to the warehouse then they delay them….their reason will be there was no one like smh I’ve been home the whole time. That time you can’t even reach them on their phone
