      Received my 2nd Order today, it only took two weeks. My 1st order also arrived some days before...thanks to my delivery Guy Pheladi R. Looking forward to more services from Buffalo logistics and fast way company

      They initially delieverd my package to an address far from me and I have no idea how they got that address, although there customer service was really helpful they got everything sorted out and it was delivered to the correct address the next day!!! The communication between the driver and I was great too, he made sure that the package was delivered to the unit. Thanks!

      Their service is bad they don’t even communicate with you and they take forever to deliver I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

      How is this company still in business?!? According to online tracking; they are set to deliver my package to an incorrect business address that I have nothing to do with whatsoever. No idea where they got it from. I’ve tried contacting Buffalo via their WhatsApp (they don’t even attempt to answer; just close the chat); call their landline and the consultant doesn’t even allow you to finish a sentence before hanging up!!! How else do customers get any assistance from Buffalo? I guess I have to forfeit my parcel. Nothing less than pathetic service…a one star rating is overly generous.

      WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I will NEVER buy from Shein again and purely of the shit service!!! 4 days I am phoning 2 - 3 times a day following up on my parcel which was suppose to be delivered on the 4th of March!!! Get promised it will be delivered the day I call and I just have to call again the next day. Secondly promises to phone back which also never happens!!! I am so fucking sick of their shit service!!!
