Poor service
Poor service I've been waiting for my Feb Order, tried to call but its not getting through even worse its my first time ordering and am having thoughts of if my parcel will arrive or not
Ordered on da 27th February n received my order 2dy.....it was too fast
Very good service. I got my goods before estimated time.

I have used Buffalo before, my orders normally take 2 to 3 weeks max to be delivered. This time around the service sucks, I am still waiting for a January order....It's March!!!! Worst part is y'all have poor communication lines.
Very bad service and I'm starting to think SheIn should stop using Buffalo. Status of my order is that they are unable to deliver and there is no reason why they are unable to do so
what a pathetic logistics company. When ever you phone to find out where your parcel is, you are told it is with the driver and will be delivered today. The today just never come and you need to keep phoning, and phoning, and phoning!!! No-one ever phones back like promised either
I placed my order on the 1st February 2022, My order still stuck in CBCU since 16 Feb 2022 no movement till today. Very bad service!!!
Still waiting for my order from 28 Feb 2022 which I made online but nothing arrived still waiting,even worse when I track my parcel it shows same information of *order is in transit* If the moderaters or customer service staff go online and read the reviews or any sort of consern non of these would not happening,.........am furiously waiting for my order....
