    Amazing service. Received my order way ahead of time even though I got a message it would be delayed because of flight issues. Lunga Sibulawa’s service was excellent. Thank you

    This is my second order, I got the first one way before the estimated time, this time, they made me pay the custom fee, after I paid, they tell me they have issues with flights, its weeks now since waiting for my parcel.

    My parcel is still in China. I have been following up for the past 2 weeks. Everytime I call they say it's in China. Even after paying for import tax. I don't understand why they request for payments if they can not ship on time. It's my first and last time with this courier.

    the best my package came in time was expected to be delivered on the 18th February today in the morning i got an sms that my package will be delivered and it got delivered at 11:30 thank you Buffalo logistic

    Something I don't understand, a colleaque and I have ordered on the exact same time and date and her parcel were delivered last week but mine still show In Transit...how is that even possible? The previous time I've ordered my parcel were delivered more than 2 weeks late. I am so dissapointed.

    I have received an sms since last week saying Buffalo will deliver my parcel on that day, even Today, it's a week now.

    I have been waiting for my order for so long now it arrived in Durban 2weeks back but I have received it such poor service…I’m even starting to get worried now

    Im also highly disgusted with the service as packages seem to take forever to be processed...who in todays world can wait for 40 business days to receive a simple package frm china rediculous.ive ordered from banggood in January paid customs duty fees but been stuck in transit status for 3 weeks now very very very bad service
