      It would be an optimistic assessment to call this a logistics company. Nothing more than incompetent idiots across the board. Customer Service Agents are appalling and semi literate at best, "We have no call service now due to some reasons". Delivery drivers are stealing packages too. I would advise on never using this "company" if you would like to receive your goods.

      Yoh this is the worst experience ever! They called me 3 weeks back to confirm that my order has arrived in South Africa I had to pay for customs so that they will deliver, I payed immediatley but till today they havent delivered, no update nothing!

      I don't understand I paid my customes on the 2nd Feb but the status doesn't change it says paid in transit fg or 6 days what is going on

      Thanks buffalo recieved my order on the 2nd and i was supposed to recieve on the 14th ...it was delivered a week after i ordered

      February 04, 2022 I am livid with buffalo courier service. the worst. I was tracking my parcel parcel order status says client received at Feb 03, 2022 too. Family member got a hold of the courier guy and some who claims to be a friend says the courier guy Lebo Masela was high hacked at gun point. Truly I don't believe it,why say package was received if he knew it wasn't.

      I expected my parcels to arrive on the 03 and 13 December. To date I have not received them. I feel the service is poor. I really don't know if o have to wait or give up
