I am livid with buffalo courier service. the worst. I was tracking my parcel parcel order status says client received at Feb 03, 2022 22:54 pm - how is possible that i will interact with a courier gut at that hour. I do not have the parcel but it says I received a parcel. ref. BUFZA4010003919YQ

I was having problems with delivery. My parcel was dispatched with fastway .I called them and they answered hopefully they will deliver soon.,here is the number to call fastway on 27119742845 its not the same number as their WhatsApp

Guys buffalo isn't the one delivering our packages. They dispatch them with fast way courier .so if you have problems with delivery contact fastway they are responsible . When having problems with customs and duties email [email protected] they replied the same day. Calling and WhatsApp was a waste of time for me.
Aweful service. Dispatching status for 30 days with no change.
