    Phone is not answered, go from caller 15 to 2 then cut off. I have phoned 5 times. They say did a delivery yesterday and no one home, absolute nonsense as I work from home and have a full time helper, no delivery arrived

    Excellent service, ordered twice and both parcels took 10 days

    They dont even deserve 1 star. Never want to deal with them again! Never answers their phones. Then they tell you to WhatsApp them, that it is faster. Never replied on my WhatsApp messages. From the 11th of Jan till now. Horrible service. Pathetic.

    I am still waiting for my order even now that was supposed to be delivered on 9th of January.I tried to pay their customs online but they couldn't verify coz yeah they kept deducting money from account nn still waiting even 2dae

    All my deliveries where delivered before the estimated time and am very pleased with their service

    Such bad service I got a email to say that it’s coming and to just send id number and then once I did that I haven’t had a word since that time worst shipping company in the world even China post is quicker than this,I am really angry with these people

    I received my parcel on the 19the as estimated. Very happy was phoned by Buffalo delivery guy very nice. No complaints

    I ordered my parcels on the 7th of January and they were delivered on the 21st of January be patient
