I had to pay custom fees twice because Buffallo can't find my payment. I'm so furious. Shein gotta do something with this logistics change it. They don't pick up calls nor reply to WhatsApp or emails . They don't even deserve a star. It's whack

I placed my order #Gshmpy31700HJTW at 03/12/2021 and I was given until 26/12/2021 waiting period but up to now that's not possible and their contact attempts are all failing. I give up
Their WhatsApp line is very much ineffective and non responsive to say the least. Very dissatisfied with the customer service (if there is any).
Im trying to send email to Buffalo for feedback to no avail on their web page. This is frustrating since my expected date of delivery has passed. Plus yesterday an operator on Banggood advised I need to wait 40 days which I found to be appalling
