    I got my stuff as per ETA provided. Clear comms was provided. I never wondered on the status of my parcel. Working in Logistics, I know the inns and outs.

    I have been waiting for my parcel since November till now even when I call the line always cut off and I have been texting via WhatsApp still no respond, this is really frastrating

    My parcel is not received I ordered in December and it was and urgent order guys what is happening because even the lines when I call they get cut off

    I placed an order for a dress for a wedding well in advance and I'm worried it still will not arrive in time.. If it comes late, chances are I won't even need it anymore.. Very dissatisfied

    my first order with Shein took long but at least i eventually received i think its because they used ARAMEX. The recent one is a nightmare. I placed an order on the 25th of November last year and I am still waiting even after paying the tax fee. they don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages and phone calls don't go through. Has anyone tried collecting their order from the warehouse?

    If there was anything below 1, I would give it, beeeeeeen waiting for my order since December, they don't answer phones emails whatsapp nothing. Very disappointed
