      You don't even deserve a star, been waiting for my parcel from December 18 last year till now, you don't even bother to respond to our emails, your service is crap, I need my parcel please or should we involve our legal teams cz we are clearly not heard!

      1. BUFFALLO : The worst courier service. If I knew SHEIN will use BUFFALLO for my parcel and not ARAMEX I would not have ordered. ARAMEX very very efficient. 2. Poor and no support to customers especially when query is emailed 3. SHEIN need to choose the right courier for business to their customers happy and coming back again. 4. BUFFALLO calendar tracking updates very poor, clearly not keeping with latest technology. There is no updates, little to no communication, 5. BUFFALLO you need to improve your business processes urgently so that customers can be satisfied

      Very poor service your kak, you don't prioritize your customers yet we pay for shipments but you're doing nonsense. I've been waiting for my parcel since Nov 2021 till today I haven't receive anything. You a Rubbish I'm very angry

      Guys ima get str8 to the point. For Gauteng based clients ( or if you are able to make your way), go to their offices, thats where they preserve your pacels. I had been there today to demand my pacels which one was at the airport n the other was with them, mind you they are both cleared yet no progress. They, without any choice had to collect my stuff at the airport with so much heist, i had told the COO lady that im therefore going to report to the ombudsman because one executive was on a phone call obviously with the other colleague plotting a foul play. They dont allow people in the yard, they send jnr staff to meet clients at the fence to address issues (Clearly to promise you all lies). Conversely it was raining, they had no choice but to let us in, subsequently i went straight into the building thats when i had the zoom meeting conversation.

      Worst service ever they do not answer there calls or communicate or even update your parcel status ordering from Shein was the biggest mistake ever.Buffalo is rubbish l swear and doesnt eve deserve half star ratings

      Since I made my order on 2nd December 2022, pay custom clearance..still today I haven't received my parcel but it show it arrived on the 6th January. ..you will be liable for me losing customer due to late parcel.. useless courier..
