Buffalo logistics is very irritating I've been waiting for my parcel nd it was suppose to be here by the fifth .
Worse company my parcel was in transit I don't know for how long after that the after the 28th it has moved even on the holidays now is during the week nothing is happening what is wrong with this company they said the parcel arrived in south africa on the 3 January but since then no movement
Bad services by Buffalo client service team leader Bianca /Judy. It was my first order with Lightinthebox. I place order on the 8 June 2021 I was advise to follow up I did that with reference given to me I was expecting to get advise via email of my parcels being delivered. That did not happen. The message was SMS to my sim which I used to connect on my laptop.The parcel was returned back to Buffalo warehouse and I was requested to pay R245 for courier. I first contacted them after multiple calls made for past 5months I was told to contact my supplier to get refund without any details of who to speak to when was the refund for lost item was paid to the supplier in china.
Their website doesn’t show any progress my order its been sitting on transit for 9 days now , surprisingly it took only 6 days from china to SA , this is so annoying cause I always get aramex for delivery and they have delivered my parcel if it was them , I don’t like this bufffalo what what
Terrible 4 weeks later and they promised it will take 5 to 7 working days,,,,
We love shein but buffalo Logistics are going to spoil this
