      I'm very much disappointed with the delivery service from Buffalo. I've been waiting for my order since 14/12/2021 and still waiting. This is messing up my children's new year. Unprofessional and unpleasant

      Absolutely crap!!! I have been waiting for my parcel since the first of December. I hate their service and I will never buy from any company that uses this useless courier company !!!

      Been waiting for my order for almost 5 weeks. Until SHEIN stops working with Buffalo Logistics, I will never order from them again.... My 1st order was delivered with Aramex and it was delivered before the estimated delivery date.

      Crap company, 2 months my package has been held in my city. It took shorter to ship from china. Customer service sucks, no replies to any form of communication I tried. Dogwater

      Can someone at least respond on the whatsapp messages I'm sending, I can't even track my parcel. People please take your jobs serious

      They do not even answer any calls. The service is pathetic to say the least. No further update on my order since the 22nd of Dec. When i tracked my order yesterday it reflected same but today my order cannot be tracked. My daughters friend ordered 2 weeks after my order and she got notification that she will receive it today.

      ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, 2 BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. LATE AND THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVE THEY NOTIFY NO ONE AND CAUSE FAILED DELIVERIES

      My package is extremely late I ordered on the 12th of December and was suppose to get my package on the 30th to the second of Jan and it’s still Not here.also not giving me any info on when it will arrive
