    I’ve been waiting for my parcel and it’s almost Christmas,my children have nothing to wear this is such a disappointment to think I paid and I still don’t have my stuff,your service to loyal customers is horrible

    Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Paid extra for express delivery…4 working days according to them! Have been waiting for 18 days now and still no delivery. They also don’t reply on any e-mails or telephonic calls

    Bad service would never recommend anyone to use this courier been waiting for my parcel for over month now their contact details are not even going through

    If you are waiting on parcels from orders placed on 26th November or so, they are stuck in Hong Kong Customs. They have not updated me when I will get my parcel though. So don't hold your breath.

    I do think they can get better service , its really not that difficult to send an email to all customers waiting for parcels. Some of us ordered two weeks before BLK friday and still no update since. My parcel was for Christmas .. so Thank you for disappointing me

    pathetic service will never use them again. promises and promises and waiting more than a month now close to 5 weeks

    Since the 11 th of December I have been waiting for an update on my parcel I also try to call and they just put the phone down I also use the whatsapp number and no one even gets back to you

    I'm still waiting for my parcel. They haven't updated me since the 10th of December. I don't even know what to do right now because I have to wear those clothes tomorrow. I can't even describe how I feel right now. I just hope that they'll deliver my parcel today
