Am so disappointed WhatsApp numbers no1 response bt it is said that it is the easy and fast way to get helped then your landline no assistance am still waiting for my order even today am so frustrated Shem with your services guys even on emails you don't respond which channel is write to communicate with.
Your service is poor 1. You do not respond your WhatsApp 2. Your contact number it goes through but there is no assistance after a minute it drops or hang-up. 3. When you track and trace your order it gives error message. Please improve your service. My order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but yet tracking it gives me headache. You can not have a WhatsApp business account where it verbalize that it is a quick response. Last time i put my address for delivery but my order was delivered to pep.
