    I'm personally not happy with BUFFALO, I ordered from SHEIN and I was supposed to get my delivery yesterday, and i spoke to one of the call consultant's and she mentioned that my delivery was sent back to the warehouse and I have to wait for 48hrs for my delivery to reach my house. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

    This people doesn't take us serious...all y'all got to do is complain to SHEIN also coz it seems like Buffalo don't even care about our reviews...so since we buy from SHEIN let's push them so that they can push this Buffalo in taking their customers serious...I think I had enough to even think that I got 5 orders that are handled by such useless company...I'm just gonna die

    I receive a message that my parcel is on the way, then its returned by Xolani Mncube for some unknown reason! I have people at home waiting for this delivery and there is absolutely no communication. Its the worst service I have ever gotten from them!

    they are quick and good at communicating to pay tax and those auto calls every day to remind you to pay but have poor communication when it comes to responding to us, whether email, whatsapp or calls. So disappointed today is my due date to receive my order but when I track it, it's still at the airport warehouse clearly I'm not getting it as stated
