      My parcel is still on voice sms since 2nd of December, I just hope an pry that buffalo delivers this coming week, am not happy at all about this service.

      I cant even express myself.... This is bad service, I need my parcel by the 22nd I will really take this further... you guys must deliver and get your people to work.... where is your client service, or dont you care because the taxes and everything is paid???? I want my money or my stuff.... I promise i will send someone to your depot to see if you exist..... this is so pathetic.... how can you treat clients like this?????

      The worst poor service ive ever experience..they dont even communicate with customer, when u try to phone them u cant even reach a consultant.... They are very neglegent

      Poor service ever, my parcel status says '' parcel is between our Johannesburg and klerksdorp depots'' why klerksdorp not Randfontein cos I'm in Randfontein??? Please make sure my parcel will be delivered on Monday. My track number is BUFZA3110083530YQ. I can't get hold of you and no response in whatsapp.

      Poor bad service buffalo save too much doesnt even contact a customer to arrange delivery time and day. I missed my parcel on the 3 of December when i call them you cant reach them the msg tell tou about whatsapp or email even that whatsapp took days to answer. Im fedapp really and dissapointed i already payed their tax delivery. Is difficult for them to send you email also they save too much. Even i blame Shane also we cant contact them no contact for SA people but we keep order to them. On the 11 Dec when i track my parcel to Shein and Buffalo i saw a message saying PARCEL DELIVERED TO CLIENT RECEIVED i was shocked because i my self i didnt receive my parcel from Buffalo. And saying ask to my neighbours where im going to start asking they didnt even try to call me and sayi g we are outside no one at your house. Who signed for my parcel i dont know because when you signed to a courier you need to produce ot give copy of your ID for reference purposes. I dont know where did they go i was at my neighbours no one received my parcel. So i blame Buffalo for negligence and carelessness for just a R1.50 for a call so i need my parcel or my money back. They have to come and show the person who signed for my parcel. I am so dissapointed really

      Poor service been calling and sending messages on Whatsapp to your company regarding my paying import tax for my order and your responses either come very late or never come at all...truly disappointed

      Poor service! I've been trying to contact you about my parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me on Thursday and there's no response. I call you put me on hold and on WhatsApp no response nothing. You guys are the worst shame!
