I am so annoyed with your services, zero communication, arrogant, and not even willing to assist. I need that for the parcel for the 13th of December now what am I supposed to do? This is ridiculous!!!!
poor service and no response even sending whatsapp you don't an answer, my parcel came a week ago still not yet delivered. :( :( :(

Buffalo your services are poor you need to cut a pattern from Aramex they answer their Landline number.
Well thanks to this crap covid omi that we have i know the shipping has been delayed but dam for the packages that are already here why not just deliver them and get it done with and go on your holiday already. by the time the rest arrive your holiday should be done then. buffalo has been to quiet with its deliveries my parcel has been with them for 4 days now. and the 2 others still show out bound from CN . updates need to be done its apart of there job.
WORST SERVICE AND TO TOP IT THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS ARROGANT SHE TOLD ME IF I NEED MY PARCEL I SHOULD FETCH IT MYSELF. BY THE WAY THEY COULD NOT EVEN DIRECT THE PARCEL ON THE CORRECT ROUTE SO THATS MY FAULT.
