    Very very Bad service like My Parcel has Been in delivery for like days now and Everytime I call them They tell me it's in its way ,it's coming but it hasn't arrived till today

    Unit 3 106 Loper Avenue, Spartan X2, Kempton Park, 1619. Johannesburg BUFFALO'S address I got a mesaage to pay taxes on the 3rd of November i paid the same day so From the 3rd of November until today 19 November they still ask me to pay even after sending proof a thousand time's .I think it's time to visit the wearhouse, Maybe then I'll get answer's..... Backlog my ass if you have backlog why accept new delivery's.....I don't even think any one of Buffalo's staff is attending/reading the reviews ......

    I have a problem with my parcel there was a misprint on my contact details so if they are trying to reach me they can't. How am I going to find my parcel while I have this issue .

    Your service is too bad I paid tax fee via a link you sent but it's not yet cleared and my parcel keeps on being delayed I'm disappointed

    Worst service ever. Ordered products on Shein and this company is allocated delivery company. All I've been getting is updates saying flight delay (more than 3 times) and this directly impacts my delivery schedule . The worst... customer service doesn't respond. Wouldn't do business with you again at all. Don't recommend this company
