    My order be sitting on your Wearhouse since the 6th of November for almost 2 weeks because y'all don't respond to emails, phone call and not even your WhatsApp.

    Your service is the worst.the is no communication regarding my parcel you don’t respond to WhatsApp when I call I’m being told that you have a backlog of WhatsApp to attend to.I will Never ever order anything from shein.

    Still waiting on my order!!Received an sms yesterday stating delivery would be done 24hours has passed still nothing,no one is responding to the whatsapp number and when you call their landline the call gets dropped.

    So now it’s my problem that the carrier guy didn’t know what to do when he arrived at the complex! Wow! Full address is there! Free phone at the gate to the door but still!
