Buffalo ‘s service is excellent , they took 9 days to deliver . I’m so happy because my experience with aramex was horrible , they took 3 weeks . Buffalo is definitely the way to go
Totally agree bad bad service, please sheen dont use baffalo again. the Watsup number dont get answered telephone only rings and get cut. No email adress. Really need to work much harder on Customer Service. My package is in warehouse for 6 days already ( not moving)

I hope they never do my delivery again. Cause they are pathetic. They never answer when you call and when you eventually get a hold they tell you they will open a ticket. I paid my taxes on the same day they send a message. But they said they never received it. When I send an email the email didn't even exist. And when i spoke to admin they couldn't even find my number or email on the system. So I'm checking every day if they changed the message on trackty but still saying awaiting POP after I send the POP. I'd rather recommend Amarax......!!!!

Expected time was the 20th-24th of Nov but I got it today... Fastway attempted delivery yesterday but they couldn't deliver because of wrong address. Called them yesterday with the correct address and today I got my parcel.
It's almost a week and my order is still in transit...when the hell is my order gonna move...you guys are pissing us off because you don't reply to our calls let alone the messages Buffalo is starting to frustrate the shit out of me
