I had to pay customs twice because they wouldn’t stop calling and emailing me saying I need to pay, but yet they won’t answer emails / calls / messages to help with this issue so I just gave in and paid twice. Absolutely crappy service. I only like using Aramex tbh

I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 20 days. I was supposed to recieve it today but I never received it , how is it possible that a parcel can be in a courier vehicle for more than 5 hours ?
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. Buffalo Logistics employees have no communication skills whatsoever, I have tried calling, emailing and even messaged on whatsapp regarding an important issue that's really concerning me regarding my parcel, YET NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I even had to make a payment on customs and VAT, TWICE which makes absolutely no sense to me. I will make it known that Buffalo Logistics is the crappiest courier company ever seen.

How come don't these courier company give their delivery guys Airtime and data for calling during delivery and for GPS? Now they are telling us about failed delivery due to wrong address. Yhuu fastway and Buffalo disappointed me..
