Horrible, they don’t even deserve a star. They said that I didn’t collected the parcel, because my number was wrong, meanwhile the person sending the parcel, said they never requested it. So now I have to pay another R245 for delivery. Even though my parcel was only R200... pathetic. Someone is not doing their job. They didn’t even try to apologize only put the phone down.
I’m so tired for waiting!Can someone please help with this problem I don’t know how long it takes to solve a problem this small! I have made a purchase of a product on the 02 October 2021. delivery ETA was to be between 25th October and 28th October 2021 it is now the 09th November and I still did not receive my package. You Buffalo advise and assure that for my convenience I am to use the whatsapp for a quick response - but no one has responded since I messaged on the the 04th November 2021. Pathetic service delivery and I am not happy with the lack of communication

I'm disappointed in you I ordered my Nebulizer in January 2021 but it's November now I still haven't received it. I need it at home very urgently and I even spoke to someone in WhatsApp they still haven't assisted me I was told I had to pay for delivery of another location but it never came to my location. I will not even recommend it to someone else. My daughter has breathing problems and now my father had to go to the hospital around 3 AM couldn't breath properly
