You guys don’t even deserve that one star
I am very disappointed on the poor service I got this time. My first service was very excellent and now it became poor. Please improve your service
The service I experienced is very poor since the 4th of November my status hasn't changed. It says that it is still in transit
First order was delivered before estimated date, second or delayed because they did not send tax pay link I had to call them to receive a tax pay link I am still waiting for my parcel. Estimated date was 6-10 November 2021.

To speak directly to a shein agent follow this steps. 1. Open app 2. Go to "Me" 3. Go to "support" 4. go to customer service 5. Type anything there(e.g hijacked) 6. Then question will appear. Choose the "where can I find manual service" 7. Then a "contact agent" option Will appear. 8. Contact the agent and then a ticket will be open for 48 hours. Give then 24 hours or less to respond. They always respond and help. You can contact them if you need a refund for both your order and taxes. Or if you are having problems with Buffalo. But for refund of taxes you will only receive half of the amount.
I received my parcel today, 4 days late and that was after I called them hundred times and sent them a million emails. The customer service is really bad

Absolutely useless service, no update on my order since the 20th of October, nobody gets back to you, whatsapp line doesn't work. Worst delivery place I've ever encountered, my delivery is more than 2 weeks late
