    What is going on here, my order was placed on the 3rd of August 2021, on the 19th August it was said to be out for delivery. Till now I have not received my package. What is going on with this courier. When I phoned the ware house the lady was so rude. Before she could listen to what I was saying she just said we are not courier, and dropped the phone on my ears.

    I ordered my parcel in the beginning of July and have been waiting ever since. Now it says "closed an insurance claim will now be processed." How much longer will I have to wait?

    It's been almost a month and haven't received my parcel, what the HELL IS GOING ON???? I cleared customs since the 18th Aug, today is the 8th Sept and there's no update on the tracking info, reached out to BUFFALLO NO ONE IS RESPONDING!! so I’ve basically been waiting over 3 weeks now since it’s been cleared! I NEED MY PARCEL NOW!!

    No one answers WhatsApps or calls and my parcel has been cleared and still hasn’t arrived! I’ve been waiting over two weeks since it’s been cleared!

    No one answers calls or responds to WhatsApp! This is ridiculous service delivery.

    NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL EVEN ON WHATSAPP NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON THE SHIPMENT SAID CLEARED AN SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED BY NOW
