    They have a really bad system when of comes to communicating with clients and even with themselves (no contact between departments) no one knows about anything concerning other departments and no one konws what is happening in Customs or Warehouse.

    I have been waiting for my parcel since july up until now, no call ,no mail ,nathing at all.

    Still waiting for my parcel, last update was on the 27 July till today there's no communication, no reply on WhatsApp, calls are not answered

    No response to calls and messages. Their service in Aug appears to have failed..... there is no communication

    Parcel cleared on 17 Aug!!! Still no delivery and due date was between 24 Aug and 2 Sept
