I've been waiting so long for my parcel and still hasn't arrived and now it says they've obtained my signature while I haven't even received the package
Worst service ever !!! Paid import taxes did send proof of POP to your website and I emailed it .Send it via wht as well .No answer on the phone lines , I keep on getting an email saying that I did not pay my import taxes . Spend an hour on the phone listening to a machine and still no answer .Pathetic this is fraud .
Are you guys denining the payment because you wanted the parcel in your own pockets ? Tell customer that you will return the parcel but you actually stealing it
Paid my duty 12 days a ago on your useless online link , and still phoning me with a machine to pay, and threatening me that if I do not pay you will destroy it send my parcel back ? This is the way your deal with things ? You are just pathetic !
n mens sal dit wragtig waardeer as mens kan deurkom op die foon, eks al gatvol om te hoor ek is nommer 34 en as jy by nr 1 kom is daar niemand en die mailbox is vol. die whatsup nommer antwoord hulle nie eers nie. ons maak nog elke keer betaling met krediet kaart nog nooit n probleem nie. die Bank kannie n proof of payment gee nie maar dit wys dat dit af is maar hulle aanvaar nie state nie hoe de donder maak mens dan? jammer vir my frans maar regtig dit is nie dat ek R200 se goed bestel het nie.
Buffalo is bae. 100% impressed. Just 10 days and my order is in my hands, wow. I don't know how you guys are doing it wrong coz it's been like 4 times using Buffalo and the service is fantastic...Totally wowed
They have the worst service ever! I paid customs weeks ago and the went quiet they are not responding to emails it's frustrating!
My review is a 1, which they don't even deserve. Mine is about the online payment option which does not work.
I paid my custome tax twice but i haven't received my parcel that I ordered on the 27th December 2022 i tried calling and texting on whatsapp but no response you guys have a poor customer service you need to work on that
