Onto my 3rd SHEIN delivery via Buffalo and the turnaround time keeps getting shorter and shorter

Most pathetic service I have ever encountered. Waiting 10 weeks for a package is ridiculous.
They tell you to contact them, take more than one hour to speak to a representitive. Dont respond to emails. Send POP which they rejected, dont know why and after sending another POP and refund form, no word from them. Very very bad

Shein must use another caurier service. This is shit. I paid the tax long time ago but I haven't received my parcel you all still calling me about the damn payment I can't track my order at all, paid via link therefore there is no POP except for my bank statement with the order number... Advice me what can I do because I need my order
The worst courier service ever. No contact whatsoever but I am being told the order is being returned
I placed my order on the 20th of January and recieved my order on the 25th January, it was my first time experiencing this miracle from Buffalo logistics. They used their own company to deliver, no fastway or skynet. I'm impressed, wish they can keep their ducks in a row like this for all orders.
Don't be fooled with the fast service. I have ordered many times from Buffalo without a hitch. But my last 3 orders never came through. Like others I paid via the online payment system which they are not even warning people is a problem. Waiting almost 2 weeks for payment to reflect sent every available proof I have. Different agents say different things to you. To prove that you paid via the link they want you to phone your bank and get a transaction ID. Well I even did that and guess what, still nothing after almost 1 week. Is it so difficult to disable the link payment options? I don't think so. It is that the just don't care
