I have been getting calls and emails from Buffalo logistics saying I should pay tax which I have already paid on on 21 January 2023. I don't understand what's happening

Worst service ever. I have been waiting 9 weeks. Please stop giving them 5 stars if you are not happy with their service.
Poor service. Got an email saying delivery that day. No phone call from them . Next day got a message saying they couldn't deliver not sure of the reason why. Their only phone number asked me to hold for more than 20 minutes then later says unavailable! You can't leave a message either because mailbox is full. Their WhatsApp number can't be replied either. Very frustrated. Regretting why I put myself in this. Are these people existing or it's a scam?
I paid my dues using EFT last week and after I got emails, messages that I have to pay which is wrong because I have already paid. I tried emailing Buffalo logistics and they still saying that they want the money again. It's poor service and they should check their account and see if I paid or not
Very happy guys received my parcel today i ordered on the 14th of January. I was nervous after reading all the negative reviews. Im just glad my order is here and im definitely impressed by Buffalo
worst service ever, my daughter bought in December, and no delivery to date. they claim they cannot deliver and we don't know the reason cause no one called to say they are getting lost. and how do they get lost when we are staying in a popular complex. they returned the parcel and warehouse says we must pay again for delivery, this was paid on the 19 Jan but still a machine is calling my daughter to pay, today after holding for 10 mins the system says person not available leave a message but cant leave a message mailbox full, then call dropped. What a joke, maybe it was a scam from day 1.
my daughter ordered goods about a month ago, Friday i called to find out where the package was and i was told i need to pay a custom fee, however, no mail or sms has been sent with details on how to do this....only to sit on the phone now for 10 minutes waiting to speak to a representative, for the person to not be available??? ridiculous service!!!
Guys I suggest when you make payment use nedbank eft if you have a nedbank account. Or go deposit through nedbank because that's the bank they also use .each time I pay I get a notification after a minute or 2 from buffalo saying that I have paid .that way you won't have a problem with getting multiple messages and calls saying you have not paid
