They are pathetic, you can't get hold of someone to speak to , they keep calling you with a recorded voice message and ask for payment but I have paid both my parcel and send them a screen shot of my bank transactions, I cannot get a PDF as it was paid on an online link. You sent them 10 mails but no response!
Hi sannie ...I've had the same problem but luckily my phone can convert any picture or document into pdf if you use a recent Samsung you can go to OFFICE on your phone then you'll find different options and choose one where you can convert what you have into a pdf. I'm not sure how it's done with other phones I hope this helps
Apparently Buffalo has a problem with their payment system, but it seems they have not communicated this to their customers. I have paid customs on both my orders viathe link on the emails sent and it doesn't register. I called multiple times but first it was not sure when it will be resolved and then they will reverse payment. To date nothing. You wait on the phone forever only to be told that person at extention 100 is not available. After being asked to leave a message their mailbox is full. I am continously getting messages and calls to pay again. I send proof of payment but they want it in PDF format. They don't realize that paying using the links sent doesn't generate a PDF proof of payment document. What else can be done? Pay again, but then will they issue a refund if their system can't track the payments in the first place?
I paid 3 times for tax but they still send me messages to pay tax . waited over 10 minutes to get through the call centre and went through some unavailable agent. Had to call again . Pathetic service
Parcel was supposed to be delivered 1Jan 2023. It's 23Jan 2023, no answer from Buffalo Logistics, no sms or mail explaining why package is this late. This is not my first experience with them, but definitely my worst. Customer care should be upgraded because agents are of no help to paying clients
By far thee worst experience i have had . From my address being changed by them simply because they were too lazy to properly search and then claim i gave the wrong address from the beginning . The customer service is pathetic to have them hang up on me whilst trying to get them to fix my address . My parcel gets handed over to a third-party whereby my parcel got delivered to the wrong address because they didn't give the third-party persons the correct details . You call in to get them sort this out and they say it is not their problem but then further more refuse to share third-party tracking number and contact details - truly pissed tf off !!!
Never had a late parcel! They have always come a few days earlier than the estimated arrival date.
Worst service ever. 2 months and still waiting.
