    I received an email saying I must pay customs and I did but I didn’t receive an invoice. I called the company and they told me the payment will only reflect after 48 hours, it’s been 3 days now and they sent me another email telling me to pay customs. This company is ripping us off

    Can somebody from your company tell me WTAF is going on. I mean you sent an email saying I must pay the tax using the link you sent me and I did, now it's saying UNPROCESSED payment which tje party who supposed to process it is you guys now. I want my package process the payment fast or else change the payment options to one you can manage faster nx
