    This is my 3rd time order song from SHEIN. So I placed my order on the 7th Jan and the estimated time of delivery was 1-3 Feb i received my package yesterday 18 Jan, I’m so happy cause I’ve never experienced delays or problems with buffalo. I hope other people are able to get assistance and receive their packages.

    terrible service, ordered 29th december and still waiting for the delivery to date, why make promises of 8 to 10 days, and it now over 3 weeks

    ordered 18 December and received 3rd of January. I think I was just one of the lucky clients. I ordered again 2 days ago, so we'll see if they still deliver on time.

    buffalo get your act together this behaviour is not accepted almost 99.9 of your customers have not received their packages and you are still not communicating with them???? we have paid everything even tax now what the fuck is the problem?? even the numbers that are given are not working why the he'll are we being scammed with our hard earned cash!!!!

    Ordered from Shein on the 3rd of December 2022 and still have not received my package yet. I was sent an email to pay my customs on the 6th which I did immediately, I was told my package will arrive between the 19-22 December. When I tracked my parcel it showed delivered and client received but I did not get it till today! When I call their call centre they always saying they will escalate the matter but nothing is being done. Buffalo services are poor and unprofessional I am never ordering from them again! Shit service!
