      buffalo get your act together this behaviour is not accepted almost 99.9 of your customers have not received their packages and you are still not communicating with them???? we have paid everything even tax now what the fuck is the problem?? even the numbers that are given are not working why the he'll are we being scammed with our hard earned cash!!!!

      Ordered from Shein on the 3rd of December 2022 and still have not received my package yet. I was sent an email to pay my customs on the 6th which I did immediately, I was told my package will arrive between the 19-22 December. When I tracked my parcel it showed delivered and client received but I did not get it till today! When I call their call centre they always saying they will escalate the matter but nothing is being done. Buffalo services are poor and unprofessional I am never ordering from them again! Shit service!

      First i was worried not receiving my parcell as it showed delivered to client and was not. It was a glitche on system. I orderd 4th of January and received my parcel today. Thank you Buffalo

      Can't believe Buffalo is allowed to still do business. Ordered mid November, last update 14 December, went to Pretoria DC waited 7 hours with more than 60 unhappy customers, went home empty handed, they told me they can see on the system that my package is there but they cant find it. Last week I was lucky enough to speak to someone, he told me the system shows my package was send back to Kempton Park. Maybe I will recieve my package by Christmas 2023...if I am lucky. Pathetic service.

      I even had to cancel the damn parcel because it was kids' clothes for Christmas, I went for holidays and came back still no parcel.. I'll order again when Shain is no longer working with fucken Buffalo

      I cant believe I have been waiting 10 weeks for stuff that I paid in full with mý hard earned money. Worst service ever. Not even worth one star.

      These people take major advantage.. shein needs to stop using them. It's ridiculous. Deliver people's stuff!!!

      Very disappointed with their service. I ordered on the 25th of November, even today I haven’t received my order.
