    Ordered mid November. Still waiting. Last update was 14 December. No answer on e-mails or whatsapp. Just get your act together.

    The worst service I have ever encountered. I have been waiting for 10 weeks. It is ridiculous.

    I ordered on 19 October 2022 and never received my package it’s says I signed and received it. For two months I wasted money calling Buffalo and driving to Skynet. Last week Monday I emailed SHEIN customer service and one day I was refunded and it cleared in my account within 24 hours. Buffalo has bad service to be working with SHEIN because SHEIN is shipping with two days and the delay is with Buffalo

    Still no parcel from November 2022!!! What happened to all these parcels have they been stolen? Why don't you sort your old problem out first, why are people receiving their parcels when they ordered well after many of us? YOU ARE NOT PLAYING THE GAME!

    Reading all the reviews from people who ordered in Jan and have already received their orders but i ordered around the 20th of december and i'm still waiting this is just hilarious to me cause maybe i must forget about my clothes and walk around naked

    I was nervous after reading all the negative reviews but I placed my order on the 9th January and my package arrived today 16 Jan, exactly a week later! estimated delivery date was 5-7 February. Wonderful service!

    Buffalo yaretlwaela my order has not yet being delivered yet everything was paid for every1 Hus saying we CNT use shein order around November December ul be dissapointed and hw is it possible that we ordered last yr but hvnt received yet people order now and get their flipping orders now Buffalo doesn't even communicate nor answer calls or whatssp msgs are they after money or what??? Mxm pissed as hell!!!

    I have ordered from SHEIN on numerous occasions and have had no problem with delivery using buffalo logistics - it takes given 2-3 weeks from gate of order to received my goods
