      Buffalo yaretlwaela my order has not yet being delivered yet everything was paid for every1 Hus saying we CNT use shein order around November December ul be dissapointed and hw is it possible that we ordered last yr but hvnt received yet people order now and get their flipping orders now Buffalo doesn't even communicate nor answer calls or whatssp msgs are they after money or what??? Mxm pissed as hell!!!

      I have ordered from SHEIN on numerous occasions and have had no problem with delivery using buffalo logistics - it takes given 2-3 weeks from gate of order to received my goods

      Waiting 2 months now, I call buffalo and my calls get dropped, no way of contacting them and the buffalo number they gave me doesn't work on the tracking site? Disgraceful !! doesn't deserve the star but had to put one to get this online

      After having closely followed the consistently horrific reviews daily since placing my order, I’ve been left in genuine disbelief by SHEIN and Buffalo’s speed and efficiency. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m in Durban, or if the R17 Shipping Guarantee I always pay has anything to do with the punctuality of my orders (I doubt), but… I ordered 45 items on the 29th of December 2022 and the order was scheduled to be delivered on the 25th of January 2023. At 9am on the morning of the 11th of January, I received an automated Whatsapp message from Buffalo informing me that my parcel was out for delivery. I was away at camp at the time and when I returned later that day, the security at work informed me that my parcel had arrived by 10:30am! Don’t know if people aren’t sure how to use the app (SHEIN) when they say there’s poor/little to no communication, as the updates on the app are so, so frequent and precise. Buffalo’s website is EVEN more accurate; their updates more precise/detailed. Possibly useless advice: a) Explore and research before complaining complaining and b) remember to be kind in all your dealings in life as well as to yourself. No one is going to help a muncu-faced naarer if they don’t absolutely have to. And unlike delivery fees and customs charges, kindness costs you fokkol

      I ordered on 15 Nov, paid taxes 19 Nov. Still waiting. No updates no communication.

      Received my order after 7weeks can advise you call buffalo that' what helped me probably your orders are with skynet so they need to push skynet

      Paid tax on the 10th and received my parcel on the 13th, got so excited when I received it I'm so greatful
