Buffalo's is full of shit that's it ....been sending the proof of payment since last week even now I haven't got my things ....they should upgrade their system or else Shein is gonna lose alot of things .....we can not be complaining about one thing every day
I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from Buffalo I placed an order in November I was supposed to receive the order the first week of December and I still have not received the parcel. I have gone to the warehouse and came out empty-handed after being in the queue for hours. They said that my parcel was with SARS until today I have not received any communication from Buffalo. I sent emails and there is no response. I am frustrated and angry. I have been asking them if the parcel is now at the warehouse so that I can go and collect it and still no response.
Seriously, where is my parcel? Do you even know.... Why must I ask for a refund if I am to loose the taxes paid and have to forfeit my discounts and points. You are not playing the game. Why have I paid insurance?

Its almost 2 months gone and my parcel hasnt arrived. Upon tracking, It shows it arrived in Durban on the 8th of December however after many calls, they said that it was not in Durban and they cannot track It. Since last week Thursday I called everyday and each person said delivery within the next 24 to 48 hours until today when I called and got told that my package is still not in Durban. If you guys don't know how to run a business, please do us all the favour and close down. We pay alot of money on these things and we expect efficiency in the end not waiting and spending more money getting ahold of customer service only to be lied to.
my parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 12/12/2022 paid my custom fee on the 06/12/2022 up until now my parcel has not arrived instsead im busy getting sms notification that i need to pay custom fee.does anyone know where is baffalo in durban so i can fetch my parcel .never again will i order from shein because of the service i have receive from buffalo
I am very happy for the customers who received their package in record time, you are spared a lot of stress and anxiety. To the client who said we must just follow protocol, hhhhmmm don't you think all of us followed protocol? I have ordered on 14 November, paid my taxes 19 November, my package should have been delivered by 28 November, until today 12 January I have not received my package. I send emails and whatsapps everyday, no reply on them, last update was 14 December. On 19 December I was lucky enough to get through on a call and was told my package was at Pretoria DC and I can go and pick it up, there I waited for 7 hours with more than 60 other unhappy customers, they said they can see on the system that my package is there but they can't find it, I left empty handed. So if you can please let me know what protocols I must follow I will appreciate it...
Not even worth one star. I have been waiting since 14 November.
