I am very happy for the customers who received their package in record time, you are spared a lot of stress and anxiety. To the client who said we must just follow protocol, hhhhmmm don't you think all of us followed protocol? I have ordered on 14 November, paid my taxes 19 November, my package should have been delivered by 28 November, until today 12 January I have not received my package. I send emails and whatsapps everyday, no reply on them, last update was 14 December. On 19 December I was lucky enough to get through on a call and was told my package was at Pretoria DC and I can go and pick it up, there I waited for 7 hours with more than 60 other unhappy customers, they said they can see on the system that my package is there but they can't find it, I left empty handed. So if you can please let me know what protocols I must follow I will appreciate it...

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 6th of December. I have been trying to get hold of the sub delivery courier SkyNet. I arrive at their warehouse and I'm told my parcel might be stolen. yesterday I receive an email from Buffalo stating confirmation of delivery yet I have not received anything. this is very fraudulent
I was supposed to receive my package by 28 NOVEMBER. Still waiting. Your service is a disgrace. No communication, no updates, nothing.
Very upset. I have been waiting for my parcel since 12 december. All communications received has said to be patient. And now my package is being returned stating that multiple attempts has been made to deliver. No calls or emails as well as no attempts to deliver. With no response. I want answers as well as my package that I ordered. I have sent multiple mails with no response.
